This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with an open shed-roofed entranceway in the interior of the ell .. The rear has a shed- roofed addition. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance with one 1/1 double-hung window, side facing beside the door. There are two double-hung windows with 1/1 sashs on the front facing facade. The frame construction is finished in navy asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features boxed eaves. The alterations include the wide horizontal siding.
