This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a shed-roofed side addition, a flush front entry, and an attached flat-roofed garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 2/2 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a foundation covered with brick veneer. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves with exposed rafters. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
