This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a T- gabled entrance and extension to one side. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows with roll-up metal awnings. The front entrance is recessed. The frame construction is finished in 8" metal siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with tar asphalt shingles and features boxed, returning eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Out- buildings include a garage.
