This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with metal awnings over doors and windows. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and con- sists of an offset front entrance with a fixed window. The frame construction is finished in 6" beveled siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red-grey asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves and a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
