This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an
enclosed front porch recessed across the front under the main gable roof. The
one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with
1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt
shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney.
The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
