PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached two-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable-roofed open entranceway. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists
of a central glass-paned front entrances on both stories flanked by five 1/1
double-hung windows. The frame construction is covered with asbestos siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped-gable combination roof is
covered with wood shakes and has a metal flue. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street.
