This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with an asymmetrical facade consisting of a central glass-paned front entrance with sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in wood siding with wood trim pieces and knee braces. The structure rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and has exposed rafters and overhanging eaves, as well as a central brick chimney. It lies perpendicular to the street.
