This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a shed-
roofed overhang supported by wood posts above the entrance and a flat-roofed
addition to the side. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an
offset glass-paned front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows and fixed windows.
The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and brick veneer on the
addition, and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with
grey-green asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and an exterior brick
chimney, and metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the
street. The flat=roofed addition is later than the original structure. The
outbuildings include a garage.
