This detached one-story single- -family residence has a rectangular plan with
a flush front entrance above a metal-rail-ing stoop. The one-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of a central glass-paned front entrance with casement
windows of different sizes under metal awnings. The frame construction is
finished in aluminum siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof
is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves
and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a garage.
