significant architectural features.
This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a
side-facing entrance, and a shed-roofed addition to the rear. The one-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of fixed windows. The frame construction
is finished in asphalt shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable
roof is covered with white-grey asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and
and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
Outbuildings include a shed of similar materials.
