PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This two-story multi-family construction is rectangular in design and has a
side entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of sliding
sash windows around. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding
and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt
shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.

Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
