Discuss significant architectural features. This two-story multi-family construction is rectangular in design and has a side entrance. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of sliding sash windows around. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
