The brick construction has multi-paned fixed windows , many of which are broken out, and grated window openings in the addition. The roof is flat and lies parallel to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,impor+,it events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Eugene Graf established in 1932 a Bon Ton Mill to process flour for his bakery interests. The mill was designed by Fred Willson and still stands (although no longer in use) on North Wallace. This structure is potentially eligible for the National Register because of its historical significance and because of its architectural integrity of materials, location, setting, and design. INTEGRITY: Assess the degree to which the structure/site,and surrounding area accurately convey the historical associations of the property. The historic integrity of this property has been retained due to the survival of original design and materials and continuity of setting and location.
