The detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a square plan with bracketed gable hooded front entry and rear wing. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of the off-center entrance with concrete stoop and metal railing, flanked by a pair of double-hung windows with 1/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in masonite siding with weatherboard in the gable end, and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a detached garage at the rear of the lot.
