This detached one-story single-family residence with elements of the bungalow

two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center glass-paned front entrance

windows is situated with the entrance, on the facade of the central block, while the
other is located on the enclosed projecting bay, with gable roof which also shelters
the entrance. The front-facing gable end is finished in square-cut wood shingles.
The parapet of the entry porch is covered with bevel siding and supports an alternated
wood corner post. The frame construction is finished in bevel siding and rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red interlocking asphalt shingles
and features returning eaves, a ridgepole with finial ball and one centrally located
metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings
include a gambrel-roofed garage.
