PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This detached one-story single-family residence in the shotgun house form has
a rectangular plan with a hip-roofed side sunporch addition. The ore-bay facade is
asymmetrical and consists of an offset glass-paned front entrance flanked by a fixed
window. The hip-roofed entrance porch has a wooden parapet, attenuated squared
corner posts, a lattice-like apron and wood stairs. The frame construction is
finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a cemented rubble foundation. The gable
roof is covered with grey-green asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and
one offset brick interior chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the
street. Outbuildings include sheds in the rear.
