PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This detached one- and one-half single--family upright and wing residence
has a square plan with several additions, including a broad-gabled front wing with
enclosed projecting vestibule, and a side-patio with corrugated plaster roof. The
one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset projecting front entrance
with slightly gabled roof flanked by a fixed window. A small sliding sash window
in the front gable end marks the second half-story. The frame construction is
finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The cross-gable
roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and one centrally
located interior metal stovepipe. Alterations include all windows and doors.
Outbuildings include a garage and a shed.
