This detached two-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a hipped roof front porch, half of which is enclosed. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double- hung windows. The frame construction is finished in 6" bevel siding and rests on a cut stone foundation with concrete covering. The gable-flat combi- nation roof is covered with roofing tile and features dormers and two brick chimneys. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
