This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with
a flat-roofed front porch in the interior joint of the ell . The two-bay
facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed
and 2/2 double-hung windows with shutters. The frame construction is finished
in 6" bevel siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is
covered with roofing tile and features boxed eaves. Outbuildings include
a garage.
