This detached one-story single-family gable-ended dwelling has a square plan with enclosed rear shed-roofed entry. The facade consists of a recessed corner entry with side-facing entrance and a pair of small double-hung front-facing windows with 3/1 sash arrangement in the recessed entry. The non-recessed protion of the facade features one pair and one single double-hung windows with 4/1 sash arrangement. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features an offset brick chimney just to the rear of the ridgeline, and overhanging eaves with exposed rafters . The asix of the roof is parallel to the street. A small detached flat-roofed frame garage sits to the northeast.
