This detached one-story single-family apartment has a rectangular plan with
a partially enclosed entry under a gable roof. The frame construction is
finished in asbestos siding and has 6/6 double-hung windows. The flat roof
has a metal stovepipe and is composed of built-up materials. Outbuildings
include a small wood shed.

This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable overdoor above the front entrance. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of a central front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. The
frame construction is finished in weatherboarding and rests on a concrete
foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features
boxed eaves. The roof is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include
a garage and a small rental house.
