This detached one-stor;/ single-family residence has a square plan with
a shed-roofed enclosed side vestibule. The asymmetrical construction has
1/1 double-hung windows and rests on a concrete foundation. The frame
construction is covered with horizontal wood siding and the gable roof is
covered with red asphalt shingles. It lies perpendicular to the street.
