This detached one-story single-family residence has a T-shaped plan with
the extension to the front under a gable roof. The twa-bay facade is asym-
metrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with multi-paned
double - hung windows. The frame construction is finished in shingles and
rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof projects into a shed roof
over one side and is covered with asphalt shingles. The axis of the roof
is perpendicular to the street. Outbuildings include a garage.
