This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flush front entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 3/1 double-hung windows. There is a fanlight window in the door. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The hipped roof is covered with red-pink asphalt shingles and features boxed eaves and a brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street. Outbuildings include a garage .
