This detached one-story single-family residenc ehas a square plan with a
bracketed gable over the front entrance. The one-bay facade is symmetrical
and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and 1/1 double-hung
windows. The frame construction is finished in novelty siding and sits on
a cinderblock foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shakes and
features a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the
street. Outbuildings include a garage.
