This detached two-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable roof over the two-story open deck, marking the entrance. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in wood and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with brown asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves and an open gable end on the porch roof. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
