This detached one-story multi-family residence has a rectangular plan with the roofline telescoping to several different planes to the front. The facade is asymmetrical and consists of three visible front entrance and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in white drop siding and green asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with white-green asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. There are two visible metal stovepipes. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
