This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a flush entrance in a gabled bay extension from the main structure. The frame construction is finished in drop siding and features 1/1 double-hung and fixed windows with a small diamond window in the gable end. The structure has a gable roof covered with wood shakes and features a central masonry chimney. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street.
