This detached one-story single-family residence has an L-shaped plan with a cinderblock addition off the back and an arched overdoor above the front stoop. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an off-center front entrance with 1/1 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in clapboard with a rust trim and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features boxed eaves and a cinderblock addition. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
