This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a flush
front entry. The one-bay facade is symmetrical and consists of a solid wood
front entrance flanked by 1/1 double-hung windows, with a segmented arch
over each set of windows and the entrance. The brick construction rests on
a foundation that is not visible and the pyramidal roof is covered with red-white
asphalt shingles and features boxed, overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof
is parallel to the street.
