This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with. a concrete stoop and metal railing. The two-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a central front entrance with fixed and casement windows. The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features overhanging eaves. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
