This detached one-story single-family gable-fronted residence has a square plan. The facade is symmetrical with a central entrance with bracketed gabled hood, flanked by a pair of double-hung one-over-one windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos shingles and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features a central chimney. The axis of the roof :is perpendicular to the street. The entrance is accessed by wood stairs.
