This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
a gable roofed front porch with solid railing. The frame construction is
finished in horizontal wood with 1/1 double-hung windows in various groupings.
The foundation is of concrete. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles
and features exposed rafters and a brick chimney. The axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.
