This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with an inset entrance to the side covered by a shed roof. There is also a gable-roofed attached garage to the other side. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of a side entrance with fixed and 4/4 double-hung windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with cedar shingles and features dormers and boxed eaves as well as a brick chimney. The axis of the main roof is parallel to the street with a front-facing gable intersect.
