PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This one and one-half story single family residence has a square plan with a central
steeply-pitched gable roofed entry vestibule. To the side is a projecting hipped
roofed bay window. At the rear is an attached one-car garage. The facade consists
of fixed windows and double hung windows in a six over six sash arrangement.. The
front door has twelve lights and a four-light lunette. Two shed-roofed dormers
face front. The frame construction is finished in aluminum siding and rests on a
concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features
one rear chimney of brick and one metal stovepipe Iboth on the north side of the
house. The axis of the steeply-pitched gable roof is parallel to the street.

district due to its association with the residential aspect of the Nationali-
zation Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
