This one-story square-plan residence rests on a concrete foundation and is
shingles in asbestos. The facade is symmetrical , with central gabled entrance
flanked by two fixed windows. The gable roof is shingled with asphalt and
features overhanging eaves and exposed rafters. A flat-roofed two-car garage
adjoins the right rear corner of the structure. The axis of the roof is paralle
to the street.
