PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,
noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features.
This one-and-one-half story :single-family residence has a square plan with shed-roofed
rear addition and gabled front entrance. The facade consists of double-hung and fixed
windows with one-over-one sash arrangement, central entrance with bracketed gable and
front facing three-light shed dormer. This frame construction is finished in dropped
siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gabled roof is covered in asphalt
shingles and features a central brick chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel
to the street and is crested with a ridge pool. Diagonal woodwork ornaments the
gable end. A detached garage is located to the rear of the lot.

significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.

of the Civic Phase of Bozeman' s historic/architectural development.
