This one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a gable-roofed
front entrance porch with solid sides. The frame construction is finished in
beveled siding and has casement windows. The structure rests on a cinderblock
and concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and features two stovepipes. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
