This one-and-one-half story, single-family residence has a cross-shaped plan with a front corner hipped entrance porch with parapet and posts and an enclosed rear sun porch. The facade consists of fixed and double hung windows with one-over- one sash arrangements, the fixed windows having upper fixed li hts of leaded glass. The wood frame construction is sheathed in asbestos shirIes� however earlier drop siding is visible beneath the porch roof. The house rests on a concrete foundation. The cross-gabled roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features returning eaves, gable trim and central brick chimney. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in- the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
