PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance,

This one-and-one-half story, single-family residence has a cross-shaped plan with
a front corner hipped entrance porch with parapet and posts and an enclosed rear
sun porch. The facade consists of fixed and double hung windows with one-over-
one sash arrangements, the fixed windows having upper fixed li hts of leaded
glass. The wood frame construction is sheathed in asbestos shirIes� however
earlier drop siding is visible beneath the porch roof. The house rests on a
concrete foundation. The cross-gabled roof is covered in asphalt shingles and
features returning eaves, gable trim and central brick chimney.

Research in- the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any
significant historical information concerning persons or events
associated with this property.
Significance: This structure qualifies as a contributing element within a
potential historic district due to its association with the residential aspect
of the Civic Phase of Bozeman 's historic/architectural development.
