Department of Sanitation PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Describe present appearance of structure/site,then contrast and compare that with it's original appearance, noting additions,alterations,and changes in materials.Discuss significant architectural features. This one-story single family residence has a square plan. The facade consists of fixed windows and an off-set entrance with side lights on one side. A simple cement stoop..-with railing provides access to the front door. The frame construction is finished in metal siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a central brick chimney and overhanging bracketed eaves. The gable end is sided in vertical metal siding in contrast to the horizontal siding over the central block. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in' the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associa`ted_ with this property.
