This one and one-half story single family residence has a square plan with projecting gabled paligpnal bay and enclosed entrance porch with side facing entrance. The facade includes fixed and double-hung windows with one-over- one sash arrangements. The fixed Vindows have upper lighted leaded glass. The frame construction is finished in drop siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with wood shingles and features a central brick chimney, gabled dormers and returning eaves. The gable end is finished in fish-scaled shingles. The house is oriented to Babcock. The axis of the roof is perpendicular to the street, in this case Babcock. The attached garage projects to the west.
