This two-story multi-family apartments has a irregular pattern in a basic
rectangular roof shape. The frame construction is covered with lap siding of
masonite and sits on a concrete foundation. Windows are sliding glass windows
and the entrances to the side are approached by a wooden deck with wooden railings.
The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and lies perpendicular to the
street.
The second building is similar in construction and design to the first.
