This one-story commercial structure has a rectangular plan with a diagonal cut-out front entrance. There is an upper-level overhang over two sides of the building and a gable roof over the two garage doors to one side. The structure features large fixed windows on each side of the corner door. The simulated concrete brick construction is in a running bond pattern and has a flat roof with a metal single=like Mansard around the edge. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance. Research in the sources consulted in this survey has not yielded any significant historical information concerning persons or events associated with this property.
