This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with a gable-roofed front porch with solid railing. The frame construction is finished in clapboard and sits on a raised concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and faces perpendicular to the street. The roof is supported by knee braces. Windows are 1/1 double-hung flanking a central fixed windows. Outbuildings include a one-bay gable-roofed garage of the same materials.
