This detached one-story single-family reisdence has a rectangular plan with a shed roof at the side carport and a rear garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetri- cal and consists of a central front entrance with casement and fixed windows. The frame construction is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and features boxed , overhanging eaves and a central metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is perpen- dicular to the street. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Justify how the persons,important events,and/or historical patterns associated with the structure/site and surrounding area lend the property significance.
