This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular
plan with a symmetrical facade consisting of double-hung and casement windows and
a side gabled entrance. The frame construction is finished in shingles and rests
on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles
and has a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
