This detached one-story single-family residence has a square plan with a recessed front porch under a gable bay extension. The three-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance with fixed and 1/1 and 1/2 double-hung windows with awnings on the front. The frame construction is finished in 10" weatherboard and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable- hipped combination roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features an exterior brick chimney and a metal stovepipe. The exterior has been exten- sively altered.
