This detached one-story single-family residence has a rectangular plan with
an attached garage under the main gable roof and a recessed central front
entry. Windows are fixed and sliding sash. The frame construction is finished
in brick veneer and board and batten on the gable ends. The structure rests
on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with red asphalt shingles
and features overhanging eaves and a central brick chimney. The axis of the
roof is parallel to the street.
