This detached one-and-one-half story single-family residence has a rectangular plan
with a gable overdoor on brackets above the front entrance and a flat-roofed attached
garage. The one-bay facade is asymmetrical and consists of an offset front entrance
with 3/1 fixed and 1/1 double-hung windows with awnings. The frame construction
is finished in asbestos siding and rests on a cut stone and poured concrete slab
foundation. The gable roof is covered with green asphalt shingles and features
dormers and overhanging eaves and a metal stovepipe. The axis of the roof is
perpendicular to the street.
