This detached two-story double,4amily residence has a rectangular plan with a double front entry located to one side, one entrance apparently for the upper level and one for the daylight basement level . The facade is symmetrical and consists of the two entrances and fixed and 1/1 sliding sash windows. The frame construction is finished in 10" weather boarding and rests on a concrete foundation. The gable roof is covered with grey asphalt shingles and has a central chimney. The axis of the roof is parallel to the street.
